After all who doesn’t enjoy having greens at their house ?, and I completely believe that gardening is a great workout and spending minimum 30 minutes at your garden will reduce stress. Research from universities shows that gardening for as little as 30 minutes per day can have tangible health benefits. Gardening is not only a great way to burn hundreds of calories digging holes, weeding and planting, but it also increases flexibility, strengthens joints, lowers blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and reduces your risk of developing diabetes. This is a great way to get around the house.

5. QUESTION: WHAT TIPS CAN OUR VIEWERS GET TO HEAL AND FEEL FIT?

  • Take water:A person should drink between 3-4 litres of water daily on average. To find out the exact water requirements of your body, simply divide your total weight by 16. For example, if you are 60 lbs, your body needs to have 3.75 L of water to function properly.
  • Say yes to fat:Fat is essential for your muscles to heal themselves after a hard workout. It is also great for bone health. Unsaturated fats — such as Omega 6 and Omega 3, found in olives, walnuts, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts and flax seeds — are a must-have
  • Pay attention to your eating habits. It slows down metabolism. Also, don’t stick to one type of food; add varieties in your meals. You can curb your desire to indulge. Personally, I don’t diet. I eat what I want but I do need to exercise for an hour.
  • Even if you go for a walk once a week or not, sleep is essential for staying healthy and fit. Cardiovascular exercise strengthens the heart and lungs. Strength training strengthens the muscles. Stretching helps reduce injury risk by increasing flexibility. Regular exercise can improve circulation and body awareness and combat depression.

I love gardening and it is now a part my daily routine. My lovely mother deserves all the credit. She was always interested in plants, flowers, and growing organic vegetables. Yes, this hobby is now hers.  My mother and me believe that

The beauty of a garden is that it teaches you to appreciate all living things. You cannot keep a garden if you are not aware of the seasons or if you don’t understand why a plant might thrive in a certain place and die in another.

My personal belief is that God was in temples, but also in the natural world of wellness. It was a form compassionate to look at the health of each plant. We have to learn a lot from plants – they can suffer from winter wind and things like that, but they have the strength to repair themselves. Isn’t that amazing? Every time I see a flowering bud, it brings me a smile. And, my mother never allows me to touch the plants if I’m ill.(Yes, I am serious) The best lesson my mother taught me was that gardening can be applied to our lives.

9. WHERE ARE IDEAS TO GENERATE BEAUTIFUL TERRARIUMS PLANT GARDENS.

Terrariums are plants that grow in a glass container or a container with soil. Terrariums can be both closed and open. Terrariums can also be used as ornamental or decorative items. The ideas and thoughts that I get while creating them are endless. I still experiment with them every now and again, results may be different some may turn into beautiful, some may turn to look crooked but terrariums don’t have any particular features.

I create terrariums that are based on themes. I create terrariums with a simple house theme and add small elements such as ladybugs, pebbles, or chairs to create an environment that resembles a garden.
